We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient STEM / Robotics Lab Assistant to support the effective functioning of our STEM and Robotics Lab. The ideal candidate will assist in conducting hands-on sessions, maintaining equipment and materials, and helping students and teachers explore concepts in science, technology, engineering, and robotics through project-based learning.
Education/Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Mechanical,Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Certification in Robotics, Coding, STEM Education, or related areas will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a STEM lab, robotics lab, makerspace, or educational institution.
- Experience working with school students will be preferred.
Additional Qualification:
- Familiarity with robotics platforms such as LEGO Education, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, Micro:bit, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of 3D Designing and printing, sensors, electronics, and simple mechanical systems.
- Understanding of lab safety and inventory management practices.
Skills:
- Ability to assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain robotics kits and STEM equipment.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to assist students and teachers during practical sessions and competitions.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools.
