Assist the class teacher in maintaining an engaging and nurturing learning environment, supporting lesson delivery, classroom management, and the overall well-being and development of students.
Education/Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
A Degree/Diploma in Education (D.Ed./B.Ed./Equivalent) will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in early years or primary school setup.
Experience working with young children in a structured learning environment preferred.
Additional Qualification:
Basic knowledge of child development and early learning pedagogy.
Fluency in English with the ability to assist in language and concept development.
