Republic Day Celebration at School: AIS Celebrates 77th Republic Day

AIS proudly marked the Republic Day Celebration at School on Monday, 26th January 2026, commemorating the 77th Republic Day of India with great dignity and patriotic fervour. The celebration at school was thoughtfully organised by the Primary Section students through a well-coordinated and inspiring morning assembly.

The programme commenced with the ceremonial flag unfurling, followed by the National Anthem, setting a solemn and respectful tone for the day. This was followed by an impressive NCC march past that reflected discipline, unity, and national pride. Students delivered meaningful speeches in both English and Marathi, sharing the importance of the Constitution and the values of the Republic. A melodious patriotic song presented by students and teachers further enriched the atmosphere, filling the campus with a sense of unity and devotion to the nation.

A key highlight of the Republic Day Celebration at School was the vibrant “Tri-colour Tapestry” dance performance by the Grade V students. The performance beautifully depicted the themes of unity in diversity and the core values of the nation, leaving the audience deeply moved.

The celebration at school was honoured by the presence of our respected Director Sir, whose inspiring address encouraged students to uphold constitutional values and grow into responsible and conscientious citizens. The programme also featured the announcement of House Awards for CCA and Sports, recognising the dedication and achievements of students across various activities.

The Republic Day Celebration at Akshara International School concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks and the National Song, leaving everyone with renewed patriotism, pride, and respect for the nation.
