With a strong emphasis on holistic growth, SPANDAN, our Annual School Fest provides a platform for the students to develop both life skills as well as values.
SPANDAN
Spandan is a spirited fun fair and amalgamation of vibrant activities organized by Akshara International school. In 2018, the funds raised were donated for Kerala Flood Relief with the school contributing a matching amount. During the Fund Raising, students & parents (1856 participants) performed a flash dance for 14 minutes which was recorded in India Book of Records as the ‘Largest flash mob dance for a noble cause’ Click for “SPANDAN-2018” event details.
RHYTHM 2022
With the explosion of seven colors of the sunset in the sky and the cheers from the tabla players playing Saptasur, ‘Rhythm: a Musical Harmony’, the cultural event of Akshara International School, Pune began. The highlight of this spectacular and colourful musical event was the Mass Shanti Mantra Chant, to promote ‘mental health and well-being’, which got into the prestigious ‘Asia Book of Records’. Everyone enthusiastically participated in reciting the peace mantra and energized the atmosphere.
