Just the other day I received a call from Ayush, my nephew who studies in Class XII in Delhi and is working very hard to crack NIFT and attain a good rank in his CBSE examinations. His phone call was indeed a pleasant surprise but the intention of his call made me pick my laptop and write this blog. Ayush felt he had not studied enough for his upcoming exams and was perhaps worried and anxious. He couldn’t think straight.
The anxiety before the examination is natural. Although a small amount of stress before exams may actually boost your performance, too much anxiety will have a negative impact on yourfinal result.
